Seeking Excellent Home-Based Commercial Insurance Producers

InsureGrowth is seeking licensed commercial insurance agents in the U.S. who want the freedom to work from home selling insurance products over the phone. As an independent agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales conversion. If you are motivated sales professional this is a great opportunity for you!

We recruit productive commercial line insurance agents throughout the U.S. on behalf of our clients.  To date, our agents serve more than 15,000 small business customers and play an active role in growing their firm’s premium base by binding policies including general liability, umbrella, errors & omissions, workers compensation and property insurance.

The small-business economy (from 0-10 employees) is very large, and growing fast. InsureGrowth agents serve the needs of virtually all industry segments, such as retail, restaurants, consultants, designers or developers, and represent products from leading commercial insurance carriers including ACE, CNA, The Hartford, and others. 

Put Your Experience to Work
To qualify, you must have:

  • 2+ years experience as a licensed commercial insurance agent
  • A high speed Internet connection
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Previous sales training
  • Solid comfort level with online and desktop software applications
  • Ease and speed communicating via text or email

Annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 depending on the hours you put in and your ability to produce. Agents are required to meet minimum guidelines for production per day to remain with the account. Note: This is NOT a pay per appointment or pay per bind telemarketing job. Leads will be provided but may vary in type of business and coverage desired.

As a licensed insurance agent providing services to our clients, you'll receive inbound calls, emails and chats at your home from potential customers who have questions about their application, need help understanding differences in coverage, or simply want to learn more about the protection they need for their business. This is not cold calling. Your job is to convert prospects into sales. It's that simple.

Your Hours, Your Days
In addition to working from home, because you are an independent contractor you set the schedule that works for you — calling hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with peak call times occurring during normal daytime business hours. The most successful agents provide services for 10-20 hours a week, choosing peak call times to service customers.
